Break Out Your Pokeballs and Bow Ties For Nerdy New YearBreak out the pokeballs and don your bowties. Skellington Swerve is holding their Nerdy New Year! On Thursday, January 26 starting at 7 p.m., Swerve is celebrating their first year of establishment and you’re invited! There is no cover charge for this live variety show, but a $5 performance donation is appreciated. Come dressed in your best nerd outfit or in your favorite cosplay to celebrate the geek side of life. Doors and Food Service opens at 7 and the Adult Beverage Bar is open for those 21 and older with a valid I.D. The show starts at 8 p.m. till 10 p.m., entertainment being directed at a PG 13 age group. Magical Girls Tarot and Healing with charge $10 for readings and $20 for Empath Healings.  A 2016 Eulogy will also be presented by Ed Lammers titled “2016 Sucked: A Eulogy for the Year of 2016.” Food will be priced between $5 and $8, specials provided by local chef and 2015 Wapsi Jerk-Off champ Jon Vance. This event also includes games and prizes.
