Are you looking for a fun and family friendly event this weekend? Then look no further than the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds!

The 23rd Annual Reading Adventures will be taking place at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds (2815 W Locust Street Davenport) this Sunday, Sep 10 from 12-4 p.m. Admission is free!

Bounce houses and face painting will also be available for a fun time. The Davenport Police Department will be on-site with a police car and to mingle with the kids. The Davenport Fire Department will also be bringing one of their fire trucks!

Don’t miss the performances by Danceworks and Dancers Place! Pete the Purple Bull, Rascal, Mo Mallard, Chick-Fil-A Cow and Andy the Armadillo will also be making appearances.

Each child in attendance will receive a free book! Wireless Central will be handing out coloring books and VanDerGinst Law is bringing bike helmets. Voweletics The New Phonetics will also be in attendance!
