Isabel Bloom has decided to consolidate its Quad-Cities retail locations into its East Village location, cutting its Moline store after 30 years in business and its LeClaire shop after six years.

The company released a statement late Friday that read as follows:

Dear Friends,

On behalf of our entire team at Isabel Bloom, we thank you for your loyalty and support, especially during these past few months. Your support, whether it be through online orders, curbside pickups, or local deliveries, has meant the world to us.

Isabel Bloom Closing Moline, LeClaire Locations, Consolidating In Davenport ShopThank you for your words of encouragement through social media, phone calls and email. You have made us feel that we are truly in this together.

We are working hard to evolve in a way that best supports you, our employees and our community.  We want to continue to bring you the service and convenience you need, even if it may look a little different that it has in the past.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many challenges and hardships for small businesses. All of our stores have been closed since March 18th. We have had to make some tough business decisions, with one of those being the decision not to reopen our Moline, Illinois store or our shop in LeClaire, Iowa.  (Isabel Bloom has had the privilege of serving customers in Moline for nearly 30 years.  We have enjoyed being part of the LeClaire community since our opening nearly 6 years ago.)

But now, it is time to look forward.  And we look forward to welcoming you back to our flagship store at 736 Federal Street in Davenport,  where we have been “Making Concrete Bloom” since 1996.

Having only one Quad City location will allow us to focus our efforts on creating the best, safest, most efficient shopping experience for you, with the highest level of customer service.  We want to be here to serve you for many years to come!

Isabel Bloom Closing Moline, LeClaire Locations, Consolidating In Davenport ShopSince moving our East Village showroom to our production site at 736 Federal Street, Davenport in November of 2016, customers have enjoyed a whole new shopping experience. The new showroom, with its high ceilings and over-sized windows over-looking the production area lends itself to warm, homey displays in a bright, cheerful atmosphere.

You’ll find a great selection of IB Home accessories to go with your beloved Isabel Bloom sculptures, along with many friendly faces from our sales team, ready to serve you in the safest way possible. And there is plenty of parking right in front of our store. Curbside pickup will also continue for your convenience.

Our flagship store at 736 Federal Street will open during the week of June 8th.  You’ll hear from us again, with the exact date and more details as we get closer.

Until then we will be busy cleaning and disinfecting our showroom and establishing our safety procedures.  We’ve missed you and look forward to welcoming you back soon!
