Retro Rally Revs Up Rock Island

College Hill in Rock Island is going retro and you won’t want to miss it!

That’s right, the 5^th Annual Retro Rally in Rock Island is happening Saturday June 3. The party kicks off at noon with a band on Kavanaugh’s stage in the food and beer garden (1228 30^th Street).

The pin-up contest will begin at 3:30 p.m. The entry fee for the pin-up contest is only $20. All contestants will receive a gift bag and winnings will be presented through third place. To receive an application to enter the contest, you can e-mail retrorallyri@gmail.com or stop in at Fred and Ethel’s at 1326 30^th Street Rock Island.

Trophies for cars will be handed out at 4:30 p.m. Entrance fee for the car contest is only $10. Each entry receives a Retro Rally 2017 t-shirt and a chance to win a trophy.

The after-party for the Retro Rally will take place at Kavanaugh’s with The 38’s. The 38’s is a band out of Clinton Iowa that will fulfill all of your rockin’ retro needs!
