The Quad City Storm is storming ahead with even greater efforts to battle cancer and help those who have battled the disease.
The Quad City Storm is getting an early jump on raising money for the Hockey Fights Cancer Game on February 1, 2020. This year, you can honor a loved one who fought cancer by putting their name on a ribbon in the color of the cancer they fought for only $20. If all 1300 ribbons are sold, the Storm will have raised $26,000 before one jersey is sold!

You can also buy a replica jersey with your loved one’s name on it!

All net proceeds from the ribbon, replica jersey and game-worn jerseys will go to the UnityPoint Health Trinity Cancer Center.

Two colors are new this year – Gold for children’s cancer and Plum to honor the caregivers.

The ribbon colors available are:

Purple – all cancers

Pink – breast, thyroid

Teal – gynecological

Orange – leukemia, uterine

Gray – brain, lung

Green – lymphoma, gallbladder liver

Blue – colon, prostate, stomach, thyroid
