Do you love Tie-Dye? Do you love parks? Then this is the event for you!

Tie-Dye in the Park, hosted by Sunrise Village, is happening Saturday May 11 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in Veterans Memorial Park (1645 23rd Street Bettendorf).Partake in Colorful Creations at Tie-Dye in the Park!

This fun, family-friendly event will feature all things tie-dyed! All supplies will be provided to tie-dye canvas grocery bags, socks and t-shirts, along with step-by-step guidance. The tie-dye process takes about 30 minutes. Tie-dye tickets are just $20 and can be purchased at https://sunrisevillageiowa.ticketleap.com/tie-dye-in-the-park/.

In addition to tie-dye, participants will be able to create Hope Rocks that can be taken home or placed in Sunrise Village’s future gardens. Hope Rocks are 1 for $3 or you can purchase a 4-pack for $10.

Raffle will also be available. Raffle tickets are 1/$1, 3/$2 and 15/$8. The raffle drawing will take place at 1:30 p.m., but winners do not need to be present.

The Big Black Box food truck will also be onsite serving up delicious lunches! 100% of the food sales will be donated back to Sunrise Village. Accommodations for food allergies or restrictions CAN be made, if notified in advance.
