Opa! Things are going to get a little Greek around the Quad Cities, this weekend!

St. George’s 14th Annual Our Big Fat Greek Festival is happening this Friday Sep 7 from 3 – 11 p.m. and Saturday Sep 8 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church (2930 31st Ave. Rock Opa! Big Fat Greek Festival Spices Up the Quad Cities!Island).

Admission is only $2 for adults. Children 12 and under are free.

Bring the entire family out for Greek cuisine, culture, music, dance and fun! The Ellas Dancers of Chicago will perform dances from every region of Greece, including regions of mainland Greece, the Greek islands, Asia Minor, Pontos, and Cyprus.

Treat your taste buds with Gyros, Tiropita, Spanakopita, Greek Fries, Saganaki, Baklava, Greek Beers and more! The Drive-Thru will even be open from 12 – 8 p.m. each day!
