From chemical reactions that fizz and bubble to the STEM careers that are shaping our future — Chemistry is AMAZING!

Thanks to 3M on Saturday Feb 8, you’ll enjoy FREE admission to the Putnam Museum (1717 W 12^th Street Davenport) and Science Center and Chemistry experiments presented by Putnam Educators with this celebration of Chemistry!

You will discover hands-on learning and fun in the newest original Putnam exhibit — OMg! Elements of Surprise — and learn about Chemistry careers!

ABOUT THE EXHIBIT: At OMg! Elements of Surprise, you’ll explore the building blocks that shape your world and learn amazing stories that have shaped the weird and wonderful Periodic Table.

Science experiment demonstrations will be held at 10:30 a.m.; 11:30 a.m.; 12:30 p.m.; 1:30 p.m.; 2:30 p.m.; and 3:30 p.m.

NOTE: Ch3Mistry Day and free museum admission on Feb 8 are generously sponsored by 3M. Free admission includes access to the museum and science center. Movie tickets will be available for $9 each for adults or $8 for youth, seniors, military or college students.
