In the United States, 1 in 4 women will die from heart disease. Fifteen years ago, the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign was born to raise awareness among women about their great health threat – heart disease. The Go Red for Women luncheon continues to serve as the cornerstone event of the Go Red for Women movement in local communities, including the Quad Cities.

The 15th Annual Quad Cities Go Red for Women Luncheon is happening this Thursday Nov 1 from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the RiverCenter (136 E 3rd St. Davenport).

Join over 300 of the Quad Cities’ most influential women, and men, in business, industry, health, education and civic affairs at this premier event. This empowering luncheon focuses on preventing heart disease and stroke by promoting healthy lifestyles, building awareness and raising critically-needed funds to support research and education initiatives.

Enjoy a silent auction, vendor fair, Go Red Diva Spa Area, luncheon, inspiring stories, keynote address and of course, networking!

The time is now. Women are leaning into the idea that when we take a stand, commit, and work together, real change is possible. Love your heart!
