Go Back In Time With The Renaissance FaireJousting? Medieval games? Vikings? Sounds like a great time!

The Greater Quad Cities Renaissance Faire returns this weekend, Saturday Oct 7 and Sunday Oct 8, at Illiniwek Forest Preserve in Hampton. From 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. you are invited to enjoy some family fun and entertainment.

Admission for adults is $10 (or a 2-day pass for $15), kids 5-15 are $5 and under 5 are free!

Live stage entertainment, activities and demonstrations will provide the utmost enjoyment for the entire family. From Joust Evolution, the Midwest’s premier equestrian show, to The Forking Queen, a children’s interactive play realm, there will be something for everyone.

Food and drink will be a plenty. Amos Fabulous Foods and Royal Treats will be fulfilling all your greatest desires. Not to mention the numerous merchants on-site selling everything from jewelry, bracelets, pottery and ceramics to long bows, arrows, body art and Henna.
