On Saturday, April 29 the Quad City Symphony Orchestra is hosting a Family Music Carnival! The carnival will take place at the RiverCenter (136 E 3rd Davenport) from 10am-5pm in the Great River Hall. This event is FREE admission.

Join the Quad City Symphony Orchestra for a fun day full of music and arts for the whole family featuring “Palooza” Performance Stage with local performances all day and an open stage hour. Throughout the day at the Family Music Carnival, there will be live readings of all 49 children’s books written by Dr. Seuss.

The Fun Zone activities will include both musical and ‘suess’-ical activities. There will be a musical instrument petting zoo from Grigg’s Music and West Music, the Family Museum is providing a Monster Piano and the Quad City Botanical Center will be supplying the Musical Plants. And there will be many more fun musical and literary activities!
