The summer outdoor concert season closes out this weekend in Moline Centre, but there are plenty of events on tap, from that live music to the tractor parade and show, a rowing regatta and more!

As for the final notes of the summer concert series,  Moline Centre, Bass Street Chop House, Steel Head Tavern & Pub 1848 presents Summer’s End on Friday, Sept. 9. Come listen to the sounds of Soul Storm from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Minus Six from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

World class rowers from around the Midwest will be heading to the YMCA Sylvan Boathouse for Row the Miss Regatta which takes place on Sept. 10 at 8:00 a.m. The beautiful Mississippi River will provide a picturesque setting for the choreography of arms and oars pulling in concert to move those slender boats on the water.  Come witness the grace and agility of these fabulous athletes and cheer them on to victory.

The John Deere Pavilion presents the Quad Cities Area Heritage Tractor Parade and Show on Sept. 10.  The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. in front of the Pavilion and will return to the area along River Drive where they will be on display until 4:00 p.m. View the wide variety of antique tractors and equipment and stay for the blacksmith demonstrations and more.

The Make America Rock Again Tour slams into the iWireless Center Sept. 10 at 5:30 p.m. Seven veteran rock bands that saw rock radio success during the first decade of the 2000’s are teaming up for a hard rock take down. Collectively, these bands have dominated radio airwaves over the years with eight number one hits and more than 14 million albums sold. Get your tickets today.

Bent River Brewing Company is bringing back their Sunday Brunch beginning Sept. 11. Come enjoy the standard fair, unique specials-like the Jalapeno Pepper Ale BBQ Smoked Brisket, Uncommon (Stout) French Toast and more. Each brunch will feature a special brew.  Come watch the game and know that they always host family-friendly brunches.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to Salsa dance? Well, now is your chance! Sunset Salsa Quad Cities, a FREE event for the entire community, will take place at the River House Bar & Grill plaza on Sept. 11 from 5 to 9 p.m.  Instructors will be available for those who can only move to the beat with two left feet.
