Shore Up On Your Reef Knowledge
Whether you are a saltwater tank novice or expert, the Greater Iowa Reef Society has an event for you!
This Saturday Feb 24, the Greater Iowa Reef Society (GIRS) will be hosting a special event with renowned speaker, Austin Lefevre! This event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 959 Middle Road Bettendorf, from 1-3:30 p.m.
Austin will present on two separate subjects. From 1-2 p.m. he will focus on Bulletproof Reefkeeping. A 30-minute break will follow. The next presentation going from 2:30-3:30 will focus on Ditching the “Dump and Hope” approach with livestock.
Admission is free for this informational and educational day! A $100 gift card to Coral Haven will be given away to some special attendees following each of Austin’s presentations.
