Bettendorf Public Library Holding Virtual Class With Sunlight Yoga Center Tonight

Bettendorf, IA – Stress management, health improvement, and other benefits are all associated with the practice of Yoga. On Wednesday, July 21st, the Bettendorf Public Library will host a virtual Yoga session led by the owner of Sunlight Yoga Center at 5:00 p.m. The online, live Hatha class will be appropriate for all levels of ability for teens through adults.
