Alcohol Awareness Hosted by the Davenport Public Library

Alcohol is the #1 abused substance in the state of Iowa and Iowa ranks second in the nation for excessive drinking. Almost half of the youth in Scott County reported having had their first drink of alcohol before age 17. Join prevention staff from the Center for Alcohol & Drug Services, Inc. on Wednesday, April 7^th at 1:00 pm on Zoom to learn about the “What You Throw Away” media campaign and how you can address the dangers of underage drinking with the youth in your life.
